I'll Be Home For Christmas

The lovely Heather from Pretty Petals is hosting "A Pretty Little Christmas Blog Party"

I've been showing a lot of my Christmas displays and pieces so right now I'm going to concentrate on the extra pretty items (and the especially pink items it seems).

It's been snowing a lot these last couple of days, but just before the storm blew in there were several days of the prettiest pink sunsets.  On my way home from work I pulled over to capture this one

this picture was taken on the outskirts of our little air strip in town.

It wasn't difficult to look around and find "pretty".  I began at the dining room table.  Here's one of the white old world Santa's with some gorgeous green feather trees and a pretty pink house Mommy got in a recent swap.

And on the other end of the table a container of vintage ornaments

And here's a display on a dresser I use as a buffet.  I love that it's almost all vintage.  Look at the warped mirror,

Those Wisemen are my favorites.  I wish I had the entire Nativity scene that they were originally a part of, wouldn't that be gorgeous?!!

There are over 100 participants so far, so get comfortable and enjoy the beauty and splendor of it all.
